There is a video posted on YT on 8-15-22 called DUMBBELL Cardio WORKOUT + Balance & Stretching. At the beginning it says, "for the entire 30 minute version of this workout visit this website." I have not been able to find this workout on this website. Does a longer version exist?

Hi Lisa, The workout you are referring to is called Strength Training 2 in the video library. You can search that title or look under the category “New Workouts” it is #12 in that list. Just FYI, it would be super helpful to include the link to the full version in the description under the video posted on YT since they are titled differently. Or alternatively, you could say, full version "Strength Training 2" can be found at our website. Thanks!!
