My name is Colleen and I just joined. My question is WHERE TO START? There are so many videos, I'm not sure.
I would like to have a calendar (s) of which workouts to do each day to build cardio, strength, endurance and balance...I enjoy doing a longer workout so the 30+ minute ones are preferred.
Im not a beginner, but have been off working out for quite awhile and just starting back. I've always been very active and worked out in multiple ways over the last 40 years (i'm 69) and going on scuba diving trip in a few months and need to get moving!

Thanks for your message. All of the workouts are total body workouts so they are all interchangeable. There are a few beginner which are slower and advanced that are more challenging. These are noted in the title. All the rest are the same level and total body workouts so you can just choose a workout that appeals to you. We are here if you need any assistance. Enjoy.
